1. Read Information and Regulations.
2. Fill out appropriate application.
3. Make a copy of California Sellers Permit (Don't have one? See the Information and Regulations #5).
4. Each vendor is required to provide their own insurance. The Certificate of Insurance must have a minimum of $1,000,000.00 naming Family Festival Productions, Inc., as an "Additional Insured", including a waiver of subrogation, is required at all FFPI locations.
5. Make check or money order in appropriate amount (Please don't mail cash).
6. Mail application, permit copy and payment to our PO Box.
7. Call us two days after mailing to confirm space availability on requested start date.
